3. Client Nonprofit transactions managed for 1% flat fee up to a maximum fee of $50,000 with no limit on transaction value
4. Related Nonprofits gifted 100% of revenues, without matching requirement, from transactions directly with the nonprofit if a SWPRE officer is a Board Member

SWPRE Philanthropy Realtors gift match with SWPRE. They can nominate a nonprofit as an Impact Nonprofit and define gift matching (including SWPRE participation) up to 100% to that Impact Nonprofit. Their share of a gift match to an Impact Nonprofits is based on their commission percent. For example, if their commission is 70%, their share of the gift match is 70%.
